All orders on wowmygoods come with free shipping. Products will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse or other local warehouses.
Please carefully check your shipping address when placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, the wowmygoods team cannot modify the delivery address.
After your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email. Please check your inbox for the shipment notification.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and shipping information. Please carefully review all information, including country, street address, company name, and apartment/unit number.
If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days.

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, UPS, and FedEx to fulfill orders. Orders will be shipped from local warehouses in the U.S., EU, or other nearby regions depending on your location.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on product availability and shipping arrangements. Once each item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
Changing Delivery Address
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Customs & Taxes
