At wowmygoods, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Address
Please contact our customer service team before returning any items. We will provide the correct return address and return instructions after your return request has been approved.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons (such as changing mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
However, if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent by wowmygoods, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@wowmygoods.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the standard return conditions, including being unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.
